Q: How do I place an order?

A: It's really easy! Just add the items to your cart. You can 'View Cart' at any time & once you're happy with everything in your cart just 'Checkout' & pay for your items.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is charged based on the weight of your items & where it's being sent to. Prices start from 1.50 Euro.

Q: How soon do you dispatch orders?

A: Orders are sent out within 3 days and take between 2-7 days to arrive at their destination. If your order is urgent, please email/call us & we will do our best to accomodate faster shipping!

Q: The item/s I want are saying 'Sold Out', what do I do?

A: Please contact us & we will let you know if it will be back in stock or not.

Q: Are my personal & payment details secure?

A: All payments are made via Paypal & all personal information/bank details are kept completely confidential.
